Product works as advertised. Temperature even at max is still not quite like the kettle. Heater generates a lot of heat under the sink. Can't beat the convenience. It gets used all day, every day in our house. Everybody's a tea drinker. Even works great when you're trying to boil water for cooking. Fill the pot from the dispenser, put it on the stove, and it boils instantly. Definitely a product worth owning in our kitchen.
