Leaky steam unit - December 02, 2008

Value

The unit operates well but after the first use it developed a water leak from the back of the steam generator. We had to completely disconnect the unit and ship it back to the manufacturer for repair and we had to pay for shipping ($50+). Turn-around time was quoted at 3 weeks or so. If you buy one don't forget to install pipe unions or throw away the original packing boxes!
